We are living and working in a global economy. Working in human resources, we are not only faced with navigating the employment law changes and economic shifts, but also in the locations where our global talent resides - both virtually and in global offices. Global talent management is integral to any company, from HR policies to hiring and regulations based on the laws of the country in which we’re operating. In this lecture, I could share with you something about what global employers currently understand as ‘talent’ and, consequently, of their approaches towards advertising career-path positions.
嘉宾简介：
KEITH JACKSON是英国伦敦大学亚非学院与日本关西学院大学的教授。他拥有英国人力资源协会CIPD认证资格，研究领域包括人才管理、跨文化交流、职业生涯辅导。他是Routledge出版社Working in Asia系列的创始联合主编，也是South AsianJournal of Business Studies、Journal of Management Sciences、International Journal ofComparative Management等国际期刊主编。曾担任“欧盟-日本工业合作中心”亚洲国际商务和管理顾问，目前在日本为职业生涯早期学者提供学术指导。
